Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We understand that schedules can change! To ensure the best experience and efficiency for all clients, the following policy applies to all scheduled meetings, content creation sessions, or collaborative meetings: Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service rate or may result in forfeiture of the session, depending on the nature of the work and time invested. We do our best to accommodate unexpected changes, but repeated short-notice cancellations may impact your ability to reserve priority scheduling in the future. If we need to reschedule, we will always provide at least 24 hours’ notice and offer you the next available appointment that fits your schedule. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours.
